Terms & Conditions

 

THE AGREEMENT
This “Agreement” is a legal agreement between you, (the Member) and National Laptop Repair t/a Paun Computers Ltd.
Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, all communications with National Laptop Repair should be directed to National Laptop Repair by email to stockport@cambridgelaptoprepair.co.uk.

By applying for membership to National Laptop Repair, the Member is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

 

APPROVAL AND AUTHORISATION
The Member agrees to provide complete and accurate information in the registration process. The Member agrees not to provide any registration information that is false, misleading or incorrect. The Member also agrees to notify National Laptop Repair if any of their registration information changes, immediately and in writing.

 

If at any time National Laptop Repair has any reason to believe that any of the Member’s registration information is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or otherwise incorrect, National Laptop Repair reserves the right to terminate his membership.

 

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
The registration process asks for both payment card details and bank account direct debit authority. In the event that a payment from the Member is due to National Laptop Repair and direct debit is not available as an option for collection, National Laptop Repair reserves the right to use the payment card to collect the payment If any payment taken either by direct debit or payment card is found by National Laptop Repair to not be due then National Laptop Repair will refund the payment to the Member as soon as is reasonably possible.

 

Membership to National Laptop Repair is in one month periods. Invoices for membership will be issued annually for twelve one month periods. Unless National Laptop Repair receives written notification of cancellation at least fourteen days prior to the end of a one month membership period then payment for the subsequent period remains due. If there is a change in the amount being invoiced for membership then National Laptop Repair will provide notice of the change via email to the Member designated email address at least forty five days before the membership invoice is issued. The Member assumes all liability if the email address provided is cancelled or the address given to National Laptop Repair is incorrect.

 

If a Member wants to use a different payment card or payment method, or if there is a change in the payment card personal information or expiration date, or if the Member believes that someone has accessed their account within National Laptop Repair without authorisation then he must contact National Laptop Repair via email as soon as possible.

 

Should the Member have an invoicing discrepancy, he must to contact National Laptop Repair in writing to 147 Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 1XE, as soon as possible. If the Member does not bring such a discrepancy to National Laptop Repair’s attention within sixty days then the Member agrees to waive all rights to dispute said discrepancy.

 

National Laptop Repair reserves the right to change the amount of fees and subscription for membership, and to change the invoicing cycle. National Laptop Repair also reserves the right to change the types of services offered providing notice of such changes to Members via the National Laptop Repair portal. National Laptop Repair reserves the right to terminate any National Laptop Repair membership, at any time for any reason, and without notice.

 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
National Laptop Repair takes the Member’s privacy and confidentiality seriously. The Member’s payment card details, personal information, billing information and all other information is held in the strictest privacy.

 

National Laptop Repair’s vendor, service provider and distributor associates operate their own services, and they are responsible for their own privacy policies. National Laptop Repair’s vendor, service provider and distributor associates are solely responsible for how they use the information they acquire from or about the Member, and the Member should review the privacy policy of any National Laptop Repair associate before ordering goods or services from them.

 

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
National Laptop Repair uses email as the primary means of contacting members. The Member agrees that National Laptop Repair may send emails to the email address that he provides with registration.

 

National Laptop Repair holds the Member’s email and related personal information in strict confidence. National Laptop Repair does not sell or rent lists of National Laptop Repair members’ email addresses.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
National Laptop Repair does not accept any liability for losses or damages that the Member may suffer as a result of membership to National Laptop Repair.

 

MISCELLANEOUS
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
